I am Nirmala Prabhu, an educational consultant, and a veteran Academician with 3 decades as an educator, teacher, and teachers’ trainer.

We are all aware of the learning losses due to the pandemic, especially in one or more language skills LSRW. As an English Language Teacher and author, I am currently focusing on strategically metamorphizing Higher Primary and Middle Schoolers to overcome these learning losses and language acquisition.

My mission for this academic year is to help at least 5000 children in the age group of 9 to 13 years to become ‘Budding Novelists’ by encouraging kids to read, put their imagination on paper and write stories and novels. I have curated a unique program called ‘Find the Budding Novelist in you’. This program can be implemented by schools and after-school activity centers as an ELT activity or creative writing program.

The entire program is designed for around 16 to 20 classes and can be implemented by the institution and completed anywhere between three weeks to 4 months depending on the frequency of classes taken.

At the end of the program, the children’s stories /books/novels can be published as paperback or Kindle e-books or as an anthology.

The USP of this program is that it can be taken in bulk and hence is offered at a competitive price as compared to other similar programs which cater to only individuals at a very high price. The self-paced, colourful, interactive workbooks help students enjoy the activities and the lesson plans help teachers facilitate it.
