Adhirasam ancestral method of preparation from the kitchens of Chettinad. Fresh ground rice flour is gradually mixed with one string jaggery syrup cooked to the consistency to make patties then goldenly deep-fried. Though this sweet is made with very few ingredients, it has a complex technique of preparing the dough to have the feel of traditional taste.
